Tell us about your role

In my role as transport and raw materials coordinator at Scanlube, I am responsible for coordinating and planning transport for all bulk deliveries to and from our factory. I have close contact every day with suppliers, customers, transport companies and colleagues.

What does the job look like in more detail?

My tasks include planning and optimizing transports so that we ensure that they are carried out according to the customers' requirements.

I work closely with production planning and make sure that we manufacture the right product and volume according to our customers' needs.

What does a working day look like?

Working with transport planning is demanding because every day is different, and you like to be at the center of everything facing these new challenges.

Some days can be planned down to the tiniest detail, but then something unforeseen happens and you have to replan the entire day. And, at the same time, ensure that deliveries are made in a profitable and sustainable way.

What do you like best about the job?

The best thing about working at Scanlube is that I have my own responsibility and the opportunity to influence and develop my role.

The good work atmosphere at Scanlube together with all my colleagues makes every day a little extra fun.

What do you like to do in your free time?

When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my family and friends.

I also like running and like to do high-intensity workouts in a group where you build strength and get your pulse up while getting lots of encouragement from the others.
